Notarisation

We offer four types of notary service:

Online Notarisation

Our online service can be used for documents that can be independently verified, such as degree certificates, Companies House documents, BSI certificates and DBS criminal record checks. We can notarise your documents without you attending an appointment and you will receive your documents by post or courier.

Remote Notarisation

Existing commercial clients that we have met and recorded identification for can use our remote notarisation service for many documents that do not need to be physically witnessed such as Board Resolutions and contracts. You will send us the physical document that we can notarise, once we have verified authenticity with you.

Electronic Notarisation

E-notarisation is generally used when the e-apostille has been requested abroad. Your document will stay in electronic form. This is a new service that is not widely accepted overseas yet. It is most frequently requested for degree certificates and other qualifications.

Physical Notarisation

Most documents requiring notarisation will use our physical notarisation service. You will attend an appointment with a notary and either sign documents in the presence of the notary or produce documents to the notary to be certified as true copies. This is the service that is required for powers of attorney, affidavits, declarations, contracts and property transfers.
