Companies doing business overseas will often be asked to produce notarised copies of their company documents such as the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association and Annual Accounts. Because these documents are filed at Companies House, we can produce notarised copies without you having to attend an appointment with a notary. Depending which country you are dealing with, the notarised documents may require attestation at the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (apostille) and legalisation at one of the embassies.
For further information on the notarisation and legalisation of company documents, please make an enquiry and we will respond to you straight away.
