The Notary Solution

Working in China – How to get your degree certificate notarised and attested

If you have been asked to provide an attested copy of your degree certificate for use in China, you can use our online service to produce this. You will email us a scanned copy of your degree certificate, passport, proof of address and a signed consent form and this will enable us to verify your qualification with your university and produce a notarised copy. We will then arrange for the notarised document to be taken to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office for Apostille and then to the Chinese Consulate for legalisation.

The whole process takes an average of 2 weeks provided that your university verifies the document promptly. Once completed, we can either courier your document overseas or have it retuned to a UK address.
